Acceptance of Terms

Each person is permitted to hold one Account only. pilslot operates advanced duplicate account detection systems. If duplicate accounts are identified, pilslot reserves the right to close all related accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) associated with your Account. You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
  • Notify pilslot support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
  • Ensure that your registered contact details remain current and accurate at all times.
  • Log out of your Account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
  • Not use your Account for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming.

pilslot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as your responsibility, provided pilslot has no knowledge of a security breach at the time the activity occurred.

You are responsible for keeping pilslot informed of any changes to your personal details. Changes to your registered mobile number or email address must be submitted to pilslot support with appropriate identity verification before the change is applied.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, pilslot reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the Account pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your pilslot wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing. pilslot does not guarantee exchange rates and is not liable for currency fluctuations.

Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Before pilslot processes your first withdrawal request, you are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This requirement applies to all members without exception and is mandated by PAGCOR regulations.

Accepted KYC documents for Philippine members include:

  • Driver's License (LTO)

  • SSS / GSIS ID

Documents must be valid, government-issued, and clearly legible. Selfie verification may also be required as part of the KYC process. Once your KYC is approved, the verified status remains on your Account and future withdrawals do not require document resubmission unless pilslot identifies a compliance concern.

Withdrawal Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically take 15–60 minutes. USDT withdrawals process within 30 minutes. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be directed to a verified account in your own name. pilslot will never process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. pilslot does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges. Standard member daily withdrawal limits apply as published on the Platform. VIP members are subject to enhanced withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP program terms.

Any attempt to withdraw funds that are proceeds of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or funds deposited using payment methods belonging to a third party will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of the disputed funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

pilslot offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

  • Bonuses are available to verified members aged 21 and above.
  • A bonus must be opted into before making a qualifying deposit, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis of the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or a combination thereof, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live table games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Each promotion will specify the contribution rates.
  • pilslot reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits during active bonus wagering. Bets placed in excess of these limits while bonus funds are active may be voided.
  • Bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period. Uncompleted wagering requirements and expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus stacking, structured low-risk wagering intended solely to clear bonus requirements, or using the same payment method across multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may result in Account suspension.

pilslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of the change.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer games, and table games available on pilslot use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics subject to independent audit. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and are provided in good faith.

pilslot does not guarantee specific outcomes, win rates, or results for any individual member or session. Past performance of any game title does not indicate future results. The outcome of any game is solely determined by the RNG or live dealer process and is not influenced by pilslot in favour of or against any particular player.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the following applies:

  • If a game round cannot be completed due to a system error, pilslot will use game logs to determine the outcome of the round and resolve the result fairly.
  • If the game logs are insufficient to determine a clear result, the round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to your Balance.
  • pilslot will not be liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the member's end.

If you believe there has been a game error or an incorrect result has been recorded, you must contact pilslot support within 72 hours of the incident. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated.

Sports Betting Rules

The pilslot sportsbook covers PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, online sabong, eSports, and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

  • Odds are quoted in decimal format and are subject to change before your bet is confirmed.
  • A bet is only confirmed once pilslot has issued a confirmation to your Account and the bet appears in your betting history.
  • In-play betting odds update in real time. pilslot reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time.
  • If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum period of play required by pilslot's sport-specific rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
  • If an event is suspended mid-play and is later completed, bets will stand unless the sport-specific rules indicate otherwise.
  • Obvious pricing errors — where odds have been published incorrectly due to a technical fault — will not be honoured. pilslot will void any bets placed on clearly incorrect odds and return the stake.
  • Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply as published on the Platform. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

For online sabong events, additional rules apply in accordance with the regulations of the licensed arena broadcasting the event. Results are final once declared by the arena referee and broadcast to the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pilslot Platform. Engagement in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Balance, and where appropriate, reporting to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
  • Registering multiple Accounts or accessing the Platform through another person's Account.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the Platform in any way.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion with other members, including coordinated play in live dealer games, poker, or sports betting markets.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in any game or betting market.
  • Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or convert proceeds of illegal activity.
  • Match-fixing or any form of corruption affecting sports events listed on the pilslot sportsbook.
  • Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
  • Systematic bonus abuse, as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
  • Any other conduct that pilslot, acting reasonably, determines to be dishonest, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other members.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
  • Use any data scraping, crawling, or harvesting technique on any part of the Platform.
  • Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any software component of the Platform.

All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on pilslot are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Any unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pilslot's liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

  • pilslot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
  • pilslot's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from a proven failure of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your total deposits made in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • pilslot shall not be liable for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures on your end; acts of God or force majeure events; third-party payment processing delays beyond pilslot's control; changes in applicable laws or regulations; or your own failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pilslot's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by pilslot's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and pilslot makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding its fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or malware, except as required by mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.

Account Suspension & Termination

pilslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Discovery that you have provided false or misleading registration information.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
  • Receipt of a lawful order from a Philippine court, PAGCOR, or other regulatory authority.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by pilslot.
  • Your Account being inactive for a period of 24 consecutive months.

If your Account is suspended for investigation, pilslot will hold any Balance pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your Balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, pilslot reserves the right to apply any balance towards outstanding losses, costs, or fines incurred by pilslot as a result of your conduct.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting pilslot support. Upon closure, any verified Balance remaining after deducting pending obligations will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Dormant Account Policy: Accounts that have been inactive for 24 consecutive months (no login, deposit, or wager) will be classified as dormant. pilslot may apply a monthly dormancy fee as published on the Platform to maintain the Account. Members will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. You may reactivate your Account by logging in and completing identity verification.

Amendments to These Terms

pilslot reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless stated otherwise.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the pilslot Platform shall be resolved as follows:

  1. Informal Resolution: You agree to first contact pilslot support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of raising the issue.
  2. PAGCOR Mediation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures, where applicable.
  3. Philippine Courts: Disputes that cannot be resolved informally or through PAGCOR mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section prevents pilslot from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent harm arising from prohibited conduct under these Terms.
